2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a minimum advance as per the specific service requirement.
  • Flight, train, and bus ticket fares are dynamic and subject to change based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Tour packages are customized according to customer preferences, and pricing may vary depending on seasonality, availability, and travel dates.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flight Tickets: Cancellation charges apply as per airline policies. Refunds are processed after deduction of cancellation charges and service fees.
  • Train Tickets: Subject to Indian Railways cancellation rules.
  • Tour Packages:
    • 30 days before departure – 80% refund
    • 15-29 days before departure – 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days – No refund
  • Taxi & Bus Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.
  • All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days after cancellation confirmation.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling of flights, trains, buses, or taxi bookings is subject to availability and the respective carrier/service provider’s rules.
  • Additional charges may apply for date or time changes.

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be made before service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for completing your bookings or sending you updates related to our services.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Terms of Service

  • Our responsibility begins once the booking is confirmed and ends upon successful service delivery.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, railways, bus operators, or third-party service providers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they carry valid identity proofs, visas (for international travel), and any other necessary documents.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes or grievances, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues amicably.
  • Any legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
